During its third meeting of this year, the Tender Board awarded a number of projects and additional works complementary to development projects in various fields, with a total value estimated at 49 million, 399 thousand and 17 Omani riyals. The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Dr. Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Saqri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Council. The works that the Council agreed to assign and approve are: renewing the Microsoft agreement for government institutions for a period of three years for the period from 2021 to 2024, at a value of 16 million, 546 thousand and 415 Omani riyals.Providing periodic maintenance services and providing spare parts for medical devices in various health institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Health at a value of 4 million 333 thousand and 288 Omani riyals, and renewing the lease contract for the headquarters building of the Consumer Protection Authority in Ghubrah for two years at a value of 662 thousand and 400 Omani riyals, and providing maintenance services. Patrolling the medical equipment at Sultan Qaboos Hospital in Salalah at a value of 358,346 Omani riyals and providing maintenance services for medical equipment at Khawla Hospital at a value of 143,130 Omani riyals.

The works include a project to rehabilitate the museum side of the House of Wonders in Zanzibar at a value of 138,955 Omani riyals, providing periodic maintenance services and providing spare parts for medical devices in a number of health institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Health, at a value of 116,857 Omani riyals, and additional work on the tender for the Al Sharqiya Expressway dualization project. (Phase Two - Part One) at a value of 10 million, 791 thousand and 616 Omani Riyals and additional works on consulting services for the design and supervision of the Al Sharqiya Expressway Duplication Project, Phase One (works of Parts One and Two) for a period of (3) years at a value of 5 million, 577 thousand and 718 Omani Rials and supplies. Additional medicines, vaccines and serums for the Ministry of Health at 4 million 682 thousand and 195 Omani riyals.

Additional works also include a project to improve the route of the current Birkat Al Mouz - Saiq Road (Al Jabal Al Akhdar Road) at a value of one million, 537 thousand and 369 Omani Riyals, additional supplies of medicines to the Ministry of Health at a value of 780 thousand and 80 Omani Riyals and additional works on the project to construct the Batinah Expressway (Package 5) Gateway Road. Sohar (Free Zone Connection) at a value of 612 thousand and 161 Omani Riyals, additional work on the practice of the tax systems development project (income tax - selective tax - value added tax) for a period of (3) years at a value of 573 thousand and 688 Omani Riyals, and additional supplies of consumable surgical materials to the Ministry Health, worth 502 thousand and 462 Omani riyals.

The additional works include a project to design and implement the remaining works on the “Saint - Upper Valley” road in the Al Dakhiliyah Governorate at a value of 479 thousand and 913 Omani riyals, and additional works to provide maternity services from private sector hospitals for cases referred from Sohar Hospital in the North Al Batinah Governorate at a value of 339 thousand and 291 Omani riyals, and additional works. On the internal tender for consulting services for quantity surveying on the Jibreen-Ibri Road duality project (parts one and two) at a value of 316 thousand and 550 Omani riyals, and additional work on the internal tender for providing consulting services to supervise the Abila Road project -Al Fayyad in Al Buraimi Governorate, for 189,726 Omani Riyals, and the additional works for the project to construct the remaining road from Wadi Hat Road in the Wilayat of Al Hamra to the Wilayat of Rustaq, Phase Four - Part One, for 158,757 Omani Riyals.

Additional works also include a project to supply and construct a gas pipeline at the Muscat Innovation Park at a cost of 128,000 Omani riyals, and additional work on the internal tender for consulting services to supervise the design and implementation project of a dual road from the LNG Company roundabout to the Bilad Sur roundabout at a cost of 77,991 Omani riyals, and additional works to provide Consulting services for the design and supervision of the project to establish the sports complex in the Wilayat of Ibra, at a value of 65 thousand and 858 Omani riyals.Additional work to provide technical support services for information technology systems for the Ministry of Transport and Communications at a value of 13,646 Omani riyals, and additional work to provide consulting services to supervise (400) housing units with internal roads and lighting in the Wilayat of Saham in the North Al Batinah Governorate, at a value of 5,000 Omani riyals.​
