The Tender Board awards additional works complementary to development projects worth more than 15 million riyals
The Tender Board, headed by His Excellency Dr. Saeed bin Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Saqri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Tender Board, during its first meeting of 2022, awarded additional projects and works complementary to development projects in multiple fields with a total value of 15 million, 913 thousand and 132 Omani riyals. .
The most important work that the Council agreed to assign and approve during the meeting is the project to add facilities, rehabilitate and furnish the Ministry of Energy and Minerals building (implementing new building services systems, treating the architectural façade, complete interior renovation, and constructing canopies and parking lots), which includes meeting rooms, multi-purpose halls and archiving facilities. And storage and a project to complete the reclamation work of a residential plan in the village of Kamzar in Musandam Governorate and renew the lease contract for the Public Prosecution Authority building in Al Khuwair for two years for the period from 4/1/2021 to 3/30/2024 AD, in addition to renewing the lease contract for the temporary building of the Institute of Public Administration for one year for the period from 7/1/2021 AD until 6/30/2022 AD Additional work on the tender for the Izz-Adam Road Duplication Project in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate (adding intersections and crossroads, making additional connections, and service line work), additional work on the tender for the Barka-Nakhal Road Duplication Project in South Al Batinah Governorate, and additional work on the tender for providing consulting services to supervise the project. Duplication of the Adam-Thumrait Road, Parts One and Two, and additional work on the contract for the management, operation and maintenance of farms and research stations affiliated with the Ministry of Agricultural Wealth, Fisheries and Water Resources, and additional work on the tender for providing consulting services for quantity surveying on the Sharqiya Expressway Dualization Project (Phase One).
