The General Secretariat of the Tender Board and the Omani Society for Human Resource Management (OSHRM) have signed a cooperation agreement in the field of work culture. The agreement comes within the framework of the General Secretariat of the Tender Board's efforts towards continuous improvement of the work environment and enhancing the institutional culture supportive of achieving objectives.

The memorandum aims to explore common opportunities for cooperation between the parties in enhancing initiatives and programs related to work culture, and to promote knowledge exchange in the field of organizational culture according to best practices.

Signing the memorandum on behalf of the General Secretariat of the Tender Board was Fayza bint Mohammed Al Azizia, Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs, and on behalf of the Society was Dr. Ghalib bin Saif Al-Hosni, Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of His Excellency Engineer Badr bin Salem bin Marhoon Al Maamari, the Secretary-General of the Tender Board.

Khairallah bin Marzouq Al Jirah, Head of the Work Culture Team at the General Secretariat, said that this memorandum is part of the efforts exerted by the General Secretariat in building a work culture that contributes to the development of human resources and the implementation of procedures that make it an attractive environment for competencies, characterized by a high degree of effectiveness and responsibility.​
