This came during the fourth Tender Board meeting of the year, chaired by His Excellency Dr. Rashid bin Al Safi Al Huraibi, Chairman of the Tender Board, where the awarding of a number of projects was approved. The Board also discussed several topics related to tenders and additional work complementary to development projects.

The value of the works approved by the Council during its meeting amounted to 315 million, 539 thousand and 477 Omani riyals and 920 baisas.

The tenders that the Council agreed to award were: the third part of the project to dual the road to the Wilayat of Adam to the Wilayat of Thumrait, with a length of 133 km, amounting to 73 million, 999 thousand and 505 Omani riyals and 281 baisas, and the fourth part of the project to dualize the road to the Wilayat of Adam to the Wilayat of Thumrait, with a length of 135 km. km for 115 million, 45 thousand and 774 Omani riyals and 975 baisas, and the fifth part of the project to dualize the road from the state of Adam to the state of Thumrait, with a length of 133 km for 62 million, 433 thousand and 363 Omani riyals and 245 baisas, and a project to establish a dam to protect against flood risks on Wadi Adunab, Salalah, Dhofar Governorate With 23 million, 903 thousand and 15 Omani riyals and 352 baisas, and a project to construct a dam to protect against flood risks on Wadi Anar and side protection at Salalah Port in Dhofar Governorate, with 22 million, 924 thousand and 940 Omani riyals and 787 baisas.

The tenders included renewing the lease contract for the building rented to the General Directorate of Educational Evaluation of the Ministry of Education for 434 thousand and 310 Omani riyals and 120 baisas, renewing the lease contract for the building rented to the Specialized Institute for Vocational Training for Teachers for the Ministry of Education for 438 thousand and 300 Omani riyals, and renewing the lease contract for the building. General Office of the Ministry of Social Development for 360 thousand Omani Riyals, providing radio and television connectivity services to the Public Authority for Radio and Television for 10 million and 582 thousand and 290 Omani Riyals, and renewing the lease contract for the building of the Public Authority for Consumer Protection for 387 thousand Omani Rials.

The tenders also included a project to support and develop tax systems for the tax authority at 2 million 317 thousand and 14 Omani riyals, renewing the lease contract for the building of the National Employment Center in the Wilayat of Bausher at 289 thousand 161 Omani riyals, and renewing the lease contract for the building of the Public Authority for Mining at 291 thousand and 600 Omani riyals, renewing the lease contract for the Public Prosecution Authority building in Al Khuwair for 199 thousand and 236 Omani riyals, and renewing the lease contract for the temporary building of the Institute of Public Administration for 113 thousand and 400 Omani riyals.

The tenders also included additional works on the special tender for the project of constructing (300) housing units for citizens in the Hamran Plain in the Wilayat of Salalah in the Dhofar Governorate, for one million and 100 thousand Omani Riyals, and additional works for the National Museum Facilities Management Project for 719 thousand, 567 Omani Rials and 160 baisas.​
