The Tender Board awards more than 15 million additional projects and works complementary to development projects in various fields.

During its first meeting of the year 2021 today, headed by His Excellency Dr. Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Saqri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Tender Board, the Tender Board awarded additional projects and works complementary to development projects in multiple fields with a total value of fifteen million two hundred and twenty-nine thousand nine hundred and seventy-six Omani riyals and eight hundred and twenty-seven baisas. . During the meeting, the awarding of a number of projects was approved, and the Council discussed several topics related to tenders and additional work complementary to development projects.

​​​ The Council also approved a project to provide periodic maintenance services and provide spare parts for medical equipment at the Royal Hospital in the amount of Omani Riyals 895,796, and renew the lease contract for the court complex building in the Wilayat of Seeb in the amount of Omani Riyals 226,800 and additional work on the tender for consultancy services for the design and supervision of the Rustaq Aqabat Road dualization project in the South Al Batinah Governorate. In the amount of 122,655 Omani riyals.

The Council also approved the project for additional works on the tender for consultancy services for the design and supervision of the expansion project of the Al Saada Sports Complex in Dhofar Governorate in the amount of OMR 45,000 and additional works on the tender for the establishment of the fish market in the sea fishing port in Seeb in the amount of 196,341,129 baisas and additional works on the tender for consultancy services for design and supervision. On the project to establish a fishing port in the Wilayat of Mahut, at an amount of 8,954,382 baisas, and additional work on the internal tender for consulting and training services for the Projects Department at the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, at an amount of 24,252 Omani riyals.​And contracting with the European Satellite Company (Eutelsat) to rent satellite space for exchanges and broadcasting the cultural channel from Salalah to Muscat and distributing the DVBT2 digital terrestrial television broadcast package. In the amount of Omani Riyals 1,039,000, and renewing the contract for radio and television broadcasting via satellite (Nilesat) in the amount of Omani Riyals 1,155,000.​
