The Secretariat General of the Tender Board, in collaboration with the Office of the Governor of South Al Batinah, conducted a workshop on the "Performance Platform." This digital platform serves as a gateway to monitor the performance of government projects across all stages, from planning to closure. It showcases project achievements and performance indicators with full transparency. It also serves as a database for gathering and updating information related to government projects as the first phase of automation projects, in alignment with "Oman Vision 2040," particularly under the governance and institutional performance axis, and the priority of governing the state's administrative apparatus, resources, and projects.

The platform aims to provide a unified database for government projects, display project achievements transparently, assist in proper financial planning for projects, review performance indicators for each project, and improve project performance by expediting execution through tracking dashboards that highlight stalled projects. It also aids in decision-making based on accurate project data, contributing to faster completion, informed decision-making, and financial and technical transparency that supports the strategic planning of projects.
